The mill
We wanted a special flour for our cookies. A flour like that of our grandparents, stone ground, obtained from high quality cereals, grown on the territory. And so we bought a Mill. Not just any mill: a historic mill, with natural stone millstones, whose movement is powered exclusively by the water of the stream.
The ancient mill of the Riviera di Dronero produces all the flours we use for our biscuits. Come and visit us, we will be happy to tell you his story.
