Is the shipping free?

We want to be as much transparent as we possibly can, by showing you how we manage costs and shipping fees.

Clarity is one of the characteristics standing at our basis, so it is to this concern as well.

 

The shipping fee is a cost that can be avoided! How?

 

  • Purchase higher than 59€ --- shipping fee 5,90€
  • Purchase higher than 79 € ---- shipping fee FREE

 

On the other hand, without reaching the purchase treshold overmentioned, the shipping fee depends on the weight, starting from 4€ to a maximum of 14€ for heavy packages.

When will my shipping leave?

The order will be processed based on its timing:

  • If the order is received within 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the same day.

 

F.i. Jane Doe fulfilled an order at 11:30 a.m., thus her package will be sent the same day of the order day.

 

  • Otherwise, if the order is received after 12:00 p.m., it will be shipped the day after.

 

F.i. Jane Doe fulfilled an order at 14.30 p.m., thus her package will be shipped the day after the order day.

How long does it take for my. package to arrive?

Once shipped, the package will be delivered within 24/48H.

It may happen in exceptional cases (holidays or specific events) that the traffic will delay the shipment up to 72H.

We care about constantly tracking the shipments in order to notify our customers in case any issues arise.

How can I pay?

We accept several payment methods:

  • Prepaid and credit card
  • Paypal
  • Satispay
  • Bank transfer (48H to receive confirmation)

Are products always available?

Product stocks are updated in real life, thus if they're showed on the e-commerce than it means they can be bought.

In case they are not immediately available, you can place them in your cart anyway as you will be notified when they are restocked. This allows us to ensure the utmost freshness for our biscuits, flours and cereals.

Where can I dispose the packaging?

The packaging in one of the issues we've committed the most thorugh our R&D investments and a strong collaboration with our suppliers.

 

Our packaging can be of two types:

  • Biscuits - their packaging is 80% paper / 20% poly-coupled (plastic). This composition allows the biscuit to be protected by warmth and light, along with avoiding its loss of sugars and fats. The disposal information is explained in every single product page.

 

  • Flours, cereals and seeds - these packaging are made by 90% paper / 10% poly-coupled (plastic). It can be disposed in the paper waste collection. We're carrying out the idea of eliminating plastic from these packaging in order to obtain a 100% paper product.
