All you need to prepare perfect cakes
In the kit you will find:
Soft Wheat Flour Type 1, made by a mix of ancient grains that are ideal for sweet preparations (the same one we use for our biscuits)
Monococcal Spelt Flour, the most ancient existing variety. This flour is very soft, perfect to prepare tarts or biscuits. You can mix 30% of it with the Soft Wheat Flour Type 1, or alternatively you can use it plai.
Cream of Tartar, natural raising agent. You can use it as substitute to the synthesized raising agents that can be bought at the supermarket.
Baking Soda, which helps the Cram of Tartar to be activated.
Dark Chocolate Droplets, resistant to high temperatures: it doesn't melt while baking , thus the whole taste of the cocoa is preserved in muffins or cakes.
