Real specialties are born with the best rice flour and excellent whole yogurt.
Rice and yogurt ring-shaped biscuits are one of our specialties. Born more than 20 years ago from the idea of Fabrizio with the intention of wanting to create a simple but at the same time different and nutritious biscuit.
These biscuits are produced starting from the great care we have for the raw material. The main ingredient, the most important, is definitely flour.
We produce the flour inside our mill on the Riviera, only with the power of water, and the grinding of natural stone. This allows us to select the best varieties of cereals by shortening the supply chain and producing a good but also "transparent" biscuit, without strange and hidden ingredients.
The yogurt, the basis of this biscuit, we buy it directly from a Cuneo farm, our suppliers select them with very high criteria but always and as close as possible to our home. It is important for us to support the local economy to keep the structure of our territory active.
An advice:
Perfect biscuits for breakfast, alone or with raspberry jam. Also excellent in tea for breakfast or during work breaks.
