Our brown rice is the Ribe variety. We have carefully selected it directly from the Vercelli rice mills from one of our trusted suppliers. The integral definition is defined in that, in a first processing, only the chaff is removed and not the subsequent underlying cuticle which would transform it into a classic white rice.
Brown rice is an excellent substitute for classic rice, it has a greater amount of fiber and a lot of benefits for the health of our body. In addition, this type of rice has a great digestibility and allows us to regularize our intestines. It prevents glycemic peaks unlike the white one thanks to the reduced quantity of sugars inside. It is also rich in amino acids and is therefore an excellent food for athletes, but natural.
Tip: don't you want to wait 45 minutes for cooking? Soak it in the water for 4-5 h and you can cook it in just 15 minutes! Less time and less pollution!
